Public site and analytics

TVEN uses Vercel to host and deliver the site and uses Vercel Analytics and Metricool website analytics to understand traffic, referrals, content performance, and site usage. The Metricool tracker loads from tracker.metricool.com on the publicly launched production site and is initialized with TVEN's Metricool website-tracking identifier. Analytics providers may process technical request, device, browser, referral, page URL or path, and usage information needed to provide those services. TVEN does not intentionally add account profile fields, Registry-owner data, mentorship content, or Clerk authentication identifiers to the Metricool tracking call.

Separately, TVEN records the Core Web Vitals LCP, INP, and CLS for a controlled set of public informational routes so it can establish a pre-advertising performance baseline and detect later regressions. The Web Vitals record contains the public page path, metric name, metric value, rating, and navigation type; TVEN does not add account, member, Registry-owner, mentorship, or Clerk identifiers to this measurement. The collector does not run for private account, authentication, mentorship, legal/contact, API, or unknown routes.

Accounts and authentication

Where account features are enabled, TVEN uses Clerk for authentication. Authentication identifiers and session information are used to sign members in and enforce authorization boundaries. Private account, authorization, and session data are not intended to become advertising audience data.

Member and workspace information

Member features may store profile information and information entered into private workflows such as roadmaps, the Legal Center, Academy progress, Lean Canvas, validation workspaces, Business Registry drafts and management records, and mentorship workflows. TVEN stores application data in its controlled database environment, currently using PostgreSQL infrastructure hosted through Neon where configured.

Business Registry

Registry drafts and owner-side management records remain private to authorized workflows. When a business owner reviews a public preview and consents to submit it for review, TVEN administrators review the listing before the approved public projection becomes visible on the public Business Registry. Public business information can be viewed and indexed as part of the public site until it is unpublished or otherwise removed under Registry controls.

Recommendations, contact requests, and review updates

TVEN stores submitted recommendations, support requests, private reply contact details, consent, review decisions, and in-app notifications. Authorized administrators use this information to review and respond. Private contact fields are not copied into the public catalog. Requests remain saved when email notifications are unavailable. Contact TVEN for help correcting your information.

Product event logs record a small set of action names, such as a listing submission or resource view. These event payloads exclude names, email addresses, account identifiers, and the text entered in forms.

Mentorship

Mentorship applications, requests, relationship state, contact handoff information, internal review notes, and other member-only mentorship data remain within authenticated workflows. A public mentor profile, when the program permits one, is limited to the information specifically approved for public display.

Advertising and consent

Google AdSense advertising is not currently activated by TVEN application code. TVEN is preparing a controlled advertising capability that remains disabled unless production configuration, route approval, consent readiness, and a valid publisher identifier are all present.

If advertising is activated, this policy will describe the advertising technologies actually in use. Where Google policy or applicable law requires consent, TVEN will use a consent mechanism that technically controls advertising storage and processing rather than a notice-only banner. Users must be able to make and revise applicable consent choices. TVEN does not treat Vercel Analytics or Metricool analytics as a source of private member attributes for advertising audiences.

Service providers and disclosures

TVEN uses service providers to host the application, authenticate users, operate the database, and provide site analytics, including Vercel and Metricool for the analytics functions described above. Information may also be disclosed when required to operate or secure the service, comply with applicable legal obligations, or protect the rights and safety of the platform and its users. TVEN does not treat private member attributes as a source for advertising audiences.

Your choices

Business owners can use the Registry publication controls to keep drafts private, publish an approved public projection, or unpublish a listing. Members can use the available account workflows for their submitted information. Advertising-consent controls, if advertising is later activated, will be exposed through the deployed consent solution.
