Purpose of TVEN

TVEN provides entrepreneurship information, resource discovery, events, educational tools, a Business Registry, and member services for military-connected founders. The platform is informational and operational support, not a promise of funding, certification, contracting success, business formation, revenue, or other business outcomes.

Government independence

TVEN is an independent veteran entrepreneurship platform developed and operated by BiloxiKingHoldings, LLC. It is not operated by or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Texas Veterans Commission, Texas Workforce Commission, U.S. Small Business Administration, or any other government agency unless a future affiliation is explicitly stated.

References to government agencies or official resources identify source material or programs. They do not imply that TVEN speaks for, certifies on behalf of, or is endorsed by those agencies.

Resources and external services

TVEN reviews and categorizes resources, events, and external links, but external organizations control their own programs, eligibility rules, schedules, content, pricing, and availability. Users are responsible for confirming current requirements with the authoritative provider before relying on them.

Member-submitted information

Members are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and authorization of information they submit. Private workspace content remains subject to the platform’s authentication and authorization controls. Users should not submit information they do not have authority to provide.

Business Registry

Business owners control whether a Registry draft is published. A published listing may include owner-submitted business information and separately labeled claims that have been reviewed against an external source. A TVEN listing is not a government certification, TVEN endorsement, guarantee of business quality, or guarantee that a third-party credential remains current.

Mentorship

Mentorship features facilitate introductions and structured support. TVEN does not guarantee a match, response, business result, professional-client relationship, or the suitability of a mentor for a particular legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional need.

Site use and intellectual property

Users may use TVEN for lawful personal and business-support purposes. Do not interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another member’s information, or represent TVEN branding or editorial content as your own official government or third-party material. Third-party names, marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Platform availability and changes

Features may change as TVEN develops, and external resources can change without notice. TVEN may correct inaccurate content, protect private workflows, suspend unsafe or unauthorized use, or change publication status when required to preserve platform integrity.
