TVEN release assurance

Career network in prelaunch verification

The verified hiring network is being prepared for an orderly launch. Candidate profiles, résumés, employer submissions and recruiter communications are not being collected until required privacy and employer-review gates have passed.

No employment opportunities or candidate accounts are being fabricated. Real hiring activity will begin only after employer verification and approved member-consent controls.

How to build a stronger civilian résumé

Translate actual responsibilities into employer-ready accomplishments. Instead of listing a military title alone, describe the work performed, relevant tools, team leadership, safety or quality controls, measurable results, and certifications the employer can verify.

  1. Choose a relevant civilian job title without overstating a military qualification.
  2. Describe skills and measurable outcomes in terms that the industry recognizes.
  3. Use real facts, timeframes and credentials that you can support.
  4. Keep government IDs, health records, VA claims and sensitive personal data out of your résumé.
  5. Tailor each application, then explicitly choose whether to share the saved résumé snapshot.

A professional network built on trust

Privacy, fairness and verified employers

Creating an account never makes a résumé or contact information public. Matching, employer discovery, recruiter invitations and email notifications have separate default-off controls. A company must have an approved TVEN business record and an independently approved active job before candidate discovery. No automated hiring rejections.

TVEN does not request Social Security numbers, DD214 files, VA disability records, banking credentials or medical histories for career matching. Real recruiters do not charge applicants to apply.
